Retreat Request Form

We offer up to 4-night stay for all families who have experienced the loss of a spouse or child due to an unexpected physical trauma. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Solace is able to provide all accommodations, meals, and various other amenities to our visiting families free of charge.

Please note:  Available stay is weekly, from Wednesday through Sunday. Bookings submitted through this form are only pending until we contact you to confirm.
